A WSDL is not executable. It is a description of how to call a service and the operations or methods exposed by that service over SOAP. Tomcat is not a Web Services client... It is a web server used to host the service. You could make a request over HTTP to the service, deployed on Tomcat and get the desired results over HTTP.
But to "use" a WSDL, you must use a web services client to make the request to Tomcat over SOAP.

Perhaps it is not clear what I said. I know that tomcat is not a web service client, but I want to execute a file remotely deploy on tomcat. Why doesn't it run outside?
If I understand correctly have I to create a web service client, such as integrated with Eclipse? How do I make a web service client?

How do I export the wsdl externally? The deploy is done correctly, but when I create a client with InfoPath can not I access the wsdl. In the sense that in the UDDI I enter the path of the wsdl, but the request I match control and no response. Final answer is that InfoPath does not execute any query on the section
