The mappings look ok. I have two things I'd like to try next.
Can you please look at the log files in your XAware installation's logs directory to see if any error was logged when attempting to insert the blob. The only difference I noticed is in the xa:column_map for the element where the blob is inserted. In my example it was xa:column_class="java.sql.Blob" where yours is xa:column_class="oracle.sql.BLOB". If we don't see a class loading or some other error in the logs, try changing the xa:column_class to java.sql.Blob and see what happens.
