GG, it does look like we have a bug in the HTTPBizComp. However, I've tried an alternate path which seems to work. For a simple HTTP GET, you can bypass the HTTPBizComp entirely, and use the xa:href attribute. This simple BizDoc gets the data properly:

<getRss xa:href="http://messagenew.messagegroup.net/newsfeed" />
</doc>
