Hi,

XAware 5 does not currently have the POP3 BizComponent. That was available in the commercial release of XAware 4. It is on the roadmap, but not currently scheduled. Sorry about that. The only option at the current time is to perform the POP3 interface using Java code. Once you have the data, you can send it to be processed into XAware using the Java API or other connector if appropriate (HTTP, SOAP, message, etc).

There is an SMTP BizComponent to send mail. You access it as a template from File | New | File from Template | SMTP Send Mail.
