Adding a BizComponent reference as a child element

Use these steps.

1. Right-click the element to which you want to add the BizComponent reference and select BizComponent Reference|Insert as child.

   The BizComponent Reference dialog box opens.

2. Type the full path and file name of the BizComponent file in the BizComponent File field or select the file and path using the Browse button.
3. Click OK.

   The BizComponent Reference dialog box opens.

4. Fill out the BizComponent Reference dialog box, as necessary.
5. Click OK when you are finished.

A new child element appears in the selected element. The name of the new element is the name of the file you selected to reference. For example, if you selected a BizComponent called reference.xbc, the new child element would look like this: <reference xa:bizcomp="reference.xbc">. The xa:bizcomp attribute and value define the referenced file.
